Overall our staff at this hotel was pleasant and the staff tried to fix issues that were reported. The location is in an ideal spot (close to restaurants, beach - 2 blocks walk,mini golf). I will definitely be staying at the Fairfield Inn again and recommend this Hotel to all, Denzil and his Team gave excellent Customer Service ,Hotel is super clean, and we really appreciate the service The Perdue Family! I asked maintenance to stop by our room and show me how to work my Air conditioner he was very prompt and came immediately thank you Al& Ray & David you guys were so helpful ! The General Manager was very nice and we were greeted daily and asked if we ever need anything his team is there. Our Rooms were super clean and I love the little touch by putting personal carry Hand wipes in our rooms! Housekeeping made sure everyday we had clean towels and linen. I was always greeted with the friendliest greetings, the staff here is wonderful. The staff here is super amazing and helpful and cares about the visitors. My Husband and I travel a lot but since Covid 19 we have slowed down ! We stopped and checked out a few hotels before we made a decision on where to stay! How we decided we went to hotels to see how they went about taking safe measures and mask wearing! Fairfield Inn won they had Hand Sanitizer staff were all wearing mask and counters being wiped down, and elevator ,ect.
